Site Manager – High-End Residential / Design & Build
Location: Surrey / South East
We are representing a growing and highly respected main contractor delivering refurbishment, new build and commercial schemes, often working on bespoke and architect-led projects. Their integrated approach to construction ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards.
They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Driving quality, programme and cost control
- Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience delivering high-end residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong track record as a No.1 or No.2 Site Manager
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Ability to deliver projects to a high specification
