Senior Quantity Surveyor - Devon

Meriton Associates Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a private construction management building company. Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join their Private construction management company, based in the south west. Responsibilities include:

• Analysing tenders, quotations, contracts, and any other associated documents
• Providing advice and guidance to the project team and other personnel
• Ensuring financial accuracy and performance of the project
• Preparing site progress reports and cost evaluations
• Issuing invoices and tracking payments

Required skills and experience:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings
• 5+ years surveyor experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s license and own transportation

Salary & Benefits: This permanent role is offering a competitive salary in the range of £65000 - £75000.
