We are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator for a Regional Building contractor based in Dorset, England.
Role: Senior Estimator (Building)
Location: Dorset, England
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000
Company: Regional Contractor specialising in MOD, public sector and commercial development
If you have strong experience in Estimating and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. The following skills are essential for this role:
Suitable qualification in Construction Management or related field
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
Strong understanding of the construction processes including varied sector coverage, materials and market trends
Experience using estimating software such as Causeway or similar
Experience building up rates from first principals
Proficient with electronic take off software
Used to creating own schedule of rates and not working on an historic library of rates
