    Sales Coordinator / Manager (Property / New Homes)

    Meriton Associates is working with a well-established, design-led residential developer delivering high-quality homes across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

    We’re looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator/Manager to support and manage the day-to-day sales process across live and upcoming developments. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the full customer journey and takes pride in delivering a polished, professional buying experience.

     

    The Role

    You’ll be central to the sales operation — managing enquiries, coordinating viewings and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from first contact through to reservation and completion.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handling incoming sales enquiries and qualifying prospective buyers
    • Arranging and conducting viewings
    • Managing customer communication throughout the sales journey
    • Coordinating reservations, paperwork and sales administration
    • Liaising with internal teams and external partners (agents, solicitors, etc.)
    • Keeping CRM systems and sales trackers up to date

     

    About You

    • Experience in residential sales, new homes, estate agency
    • Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities
    • Commercially aware and motivated by results
