CONTRACT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

A rare opportunity for an experienced Contract Quantity Surveyor to join a major, long-term mixed-use development programme in the South.
This role sits within a flagship residential-led scheme delivering 2,500 homes, key infrastructure, education, commercial space and a new local centre, alongside a wider pipeline of regeneration and energy projects.
The Role
You’ll take commercial responsibility for significant contracts and budgets, with duties including:
- Cost planning, forecasting and cashflow management
- Procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors
- Contract administration, variations and claims
- Value engineering and commercial risk management
- Financial and performance reporting
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on projects of scale
- Strong commercial, procurement and contract knowledge
- Confident with cost reporting and financial control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A relevant degree (or experience) is required.
RICS (or similar) membership is desirable.
