Meriton Associates Limited is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with our client. Our client is a leading Residential Contractor and they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is a great role for an ambitious individual looking to further their career as whilst this is a hands role initially our client is looking for someone to grow with the business and eventually head up the commercial team.
The Role: This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage projects and manage, and develop relationships with clients and subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost research, cost analysis, risk analysis, measuring quantities and helping preparing tenders and contracts. They will also be required to review specifications, drawings and process payment applications efficiently and accurately.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have detailed experience in Surveying and would be preferred if you had the following qualifications: - Degree in Surveying or relevant subject and a minimum of 5 years post qualify experience.
Package & Remuneration: The package on offer is a generous and competitive salary in the range of £65,000 - £75,000 + car + package dependent on experience.
