Project Manager Required

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our well-established contractor for a site on the south coast. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities on site and reporting directly yo a visiting Contracts Manager. By doing so you will meet customer requirements, coordinate production activities, and maintain quality standards and health and safety regulations. You should have previous experience in site management and possess skills such as communication, collaborative problem solving, risk management to name a few. You should have a proven record of finishing projects on time and on budget and additionally be quality focused with a stable track record. Both written and verbal communication is essential as you will be liaising with customers and suppliers alike. In addition, you should be organised and be able to work well in a pressurised environment. Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in project management

• A degree in Construction or related discipline

• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and team skills

• Highly adaptable to changing client expectations

• Strong communication skills.
