Meriton Associates Limited is proud to present to the market this excellent job opportunity for a Project Manager within a specialist construction business. Our client is looking for an experienced and talented individual who will bring their extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills to a company that is passionate about producing the highest quality ways for their clients.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven history of working within the Building industry and more specifically with steel framed construction. They will have particularly strong experience with site, design  and contractual Management. Alongside relevant experience, they must possess the skills necessary to interpret changes in the construction plan for any required measures.

Job Summary:

• Location: Dorset based with travel required
• Company Size: Circa £70 turn over
• Position: Permanent
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
• Role: Project Manager

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience of site/project management.
• Strong knowledge of steel framed construction.
• Ability to interpret changes in the construction program.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Design knowledge, a structural engineering background would be an advantage
