Project & Office Coordinator
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking to take on a varied role within a High end bespoke developer?
We’re seeking a Project & Office Coordinator to play a key part in keeping projects and the office running smoothly. This is a broad role that combines administration, project coordination, and client interaction — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing office supplies and general administration
- Welcoming and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Document control across all projects (particularly drawings)
- Assisting with setting up new utilities for projects
- Supporting the processing of invoices
- Helping at both the front end and completion stage of projects, including:
- Requesting and following up on quotations for surveys and reports
- Collating reports for planning submissions and condition discharges
- Preparing O&M manuals
- Assisting with snagging reports and ensuring issues are resolved promptly

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and a confident, professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach with a willingness to get involved across the business
