MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR – RESIDENTIAL
Permanent | Full-time | Competitive Salary
A rare opportunity for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a major mixed-use residential-led programme in the South, including 2,500 homes, schools, commercial space and wider infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on, senior role with real responsibility, leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and driving commercial delivery across all residential elements of the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QS team and manage residential project budgets
- Procurement, tendering and appointment of contractors and consultants
- Contract management across JCT and NEC frameworks
- Risk management, cost control and commercial reporting
- Negotiation with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior QS experience in residential development
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing teams
- Confident with budgets, procurement, contracts and risk
- Clear communicator and effective negotiator
