Permanent Estimator – Meriton Associates Limited
Meriton Associates Limited is proud to be working in collaboration with a Private Residential firm in search of a knowledgeable and experienced Estimator to join their team. This is an exciting full-time role with a salary range from £40,000 - £70,000.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of professional experience in Building Estimator roles. They should possess a thorough understanding of estimator tasks and have excellent communication skills. The residential company is a small team, so experience working in smaller teams is helpful.
The individual should possess a good understanding of project planning, contract management, and financial systems. The chosen Estimator must have a flexible approach to their work and be ready to shoulder responsibility. Above all, the candidate should be a motivated and responsible individual.
The successful candidate will work directly with the team to ensure the quality of their work is of the highest standard, and they should be ready to work in an ever-evolving and challenging environment.
